What data is processed?

This site contains no forms and does not directly collect any health data. Three situations may involve processing of personal data:

  • Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp — your contact details and the content of your message are used solely to reply to you and follow up on your request.
  • Online booking — appointments are made on the external platform Cal.com, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.
  • Audience measurement — only with your consent, through the cookies described below.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Simply send a request by email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It can, for example, remember your preferences or measure site traffic. "Essential" cookies are necessary for the site to work properly; all others are only set with your consent.

Cookies used on this site

Essential

A single essential cookie is used to remember your cookie choice (cookie_consent). It is kept for about 6 months and only serves to avoid asking you again on every visit. It does not require your consent.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics is used to understand how visitors arrive at the site and which pages they view. This information is aggregated and helps improve the site. These cookies are only set if you accept them.

Map — Google Maps

The Contact page displays a map provided by Google Maps. Until you accept cookies, the map stays hidden and a link lets you open it directly on Google Maps. Once cookies are accepted, the map is shown on the page.
